To meet your needs, these bandsaw machines can perform dual direction miter cutting up to 60°, and are specialized in cutting steel and H-beams for building, contraction, and bridge engineering as well as pipes and industrial metal materials.
These bandsaw machines have control panels with control icons and status indicator lights. Operations and controls are very easy, and problems can be corrected quickly. Besides, the saw bow height can be directly set from the control panel. The machine structure is made of a highly rigid material. It is combined with an advanced transmission device that enhances torque output and gives more productivity. The movement for 460DSAM1 and 460HDSA are all driven by a hydraulic system. This gives direct control for the vise position and saw bow rotation from the control panel. These bandsaw machines are also equipped with hydraulic braking device that automatically brakes and secures the saw bow's position when bow's angle has been set, providing excellent cutting precision.
