From the Largest & Most Highly Automated Band Saws, to the Smallest Manual Workshop Cutting Band Saws
Our massive range of products are constantly expanding and we make sure that we are always updating and bringing new features and enhancements to all of the products that we deliver to our customers. Form the largest and most highly automated band saws, to the smallest manual workshop cutting band saws, we support all sectors of the market with the highest precision machinery that we can manufacture.
Our products are produced to CE and CSA standards to suit all of your needs and at Waytrain we have been accredited with an ISO9001 and a number of other certifications to guarantee the quality of our products.
Following the ISO-9001 management standard, Way Train has achieved a range of quality semi-automatic bandsaw machines, UE-331DSA, 460DSA, 460DSAM1 and column type 460HDSA, that comply with CE safety standards. To meet your needs, these band saws can perform dual direction miter cutting up to 60°, and are specialized in cutting steel and H-beams for building, contraction, and bridge engineering as well as pipes and industrial metal materials.
These bandsaw machines have control panels with control icons and status indicator lights. Operations and controls are very easy, and problems can be corrected quickly. Besides, the saw bow height can be directly set from the control panel. The machine structure is made of a highly rigid material. It is combined with an advanced transmission device that enhances torque output and gives more productivity. The movement for 460DSAM1 and 460HDSA are all driven by a hydraulic system. This gives direct control for the vise position and saw bow rotation from the control panel.
These bandsaw machines are also equipped with hydraulic braking device that automatically brakes and secures the saw bow's position when bow's angle has been set, providing excellent cutting precision.
A bandsaw is a power tool which uses a blade consisting of a continuous band of metal with teeth along one edge to cut various workpieces. The band usually rides on two wheels rotating in the same plane, although some bandsaws may have three or four wheels. Bandsawing produces uniform cutting action as a result of an evenly distributed tooth load.
Bandsaws are used for woodworking, metalworking, or for cutting a variety of other materials, and are particularly useful for cutting irregular or curved shapes, but can also be used to produce straight cuts. The minimum radius of a curve that can be cut on a particular saw is determined by the width of the band and its kerf.
